Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In the original packaging

With proof of purchase (receipt or order number)


Some items (e.g. personalized or hygiene-related products) may be non-returnable. Please contact our support team before returning any item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the product was damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping

 

Order Issues / Damaged Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
